For weeks, Beckham County and most the nation has been griped with anxious excitement as the NCAA Women’s Softball Tournament has raged on in Oklahoma City.
A full report is not yet available on the cause of the collision last Friday on the 200 block of West Broadway in Elk City.
A 21-year-old Elk City man has been released from the Beckham County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond after being charged with first-degree burglary and violation of a protective order. The investigation began at approximately 8 am on May 28 when the Elk City Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Oakridge Drive for a report of a breaking and entering. The alleged break-in was reportedly not in progress at the time of the call.
Three Ohio residents are being held in the Beckham County Detention Center for aggravated fentanyl trafficking, child endangerment, and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute.
A 35-year-old Elk City man is being held on a $6,000 bond after being charged with second-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools.
