Leadership Oklahoma Class 35 Graduates 47 Members from Across the State Oklahoma City, OK - Leadership Oklahoma, the premier organization in the state committed to cultivating and connecting leaders to create a better Oklahoma, proudly announces the graduation of Class 35.

There will be a book reading and signing by Suzanne Gould, the author of An American Cowboy: The Biography of Sheb Wooley, on Wednesday, 6/7, at 4:00 p.m., at the Blue Rose flower Shop. Books will be available for purchase by cash or check only. Admission is free, of course, so come by and meet the author and share any stories you know or were told by your parents or grandparents about Sheb.

Otis, the young son of Robert L. Ward, had quite a bit of trouble with one of his ears and was taken to the hospital where a piece of glass was removed. About ten years earlier, when he was very small, Otis got a glass bead stuck in his ear at school, which was crushed while being removed. The ear troubled him ever since.
