NORTHEAST Fort Gibson: January 20. Elevation is 1.5 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 35°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Crappie slow on hair jigs, minnows, and tube jigs around brush structure, docks, and main lake. Blue catfish fair on cut bait and shad below the dam, channels, main lake, and points. Paddlefish slow snagging below the dam. Kiwanis Kids Karnival Just Around the Corner

Once again, the Elk City Kiwanis Club will be hosting their biggest fundraiser of the year, their Kids Karnival. It will take place on Feb. 2nd and 3rd, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., in the Elk City Civic Center. Tickets can be purchased from any Kiwanis member or at the door, cash only.
