Patricia Ann Pair was born August 21st, 1943 in Sayre, Oklahoma to Alma Lee (Branson) and Elmer Farber. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her children and grandchildren, in Weatherford, Oklahoma on Saturday, October 21st, 2023 at the age of 80 years and 2 months.
Patricia, known by most as “Pat”, grew up in Erick where she attended school. During her senior year in high school, she was married to Lester Pair on April 10th, 1964 at the Church of Christ in Erick, Oklahoma. Together they made their home in Groom, Texas where they began their family. In 1976 they moved to White Deer, Texas where Pat began her career in healthcare and care giving, working as a nurse’s aide. They briefly lived in Skellytown, Texas before returning to Erick, Oklahoma where they continued to raise their family. Pat spent many years caring for the elderly in their home and also ironing for the public. In the early 2000’s Pat lived in Sayre before moving to Weatherford, Oklahoma in 2018 to make her home. Pat was a longtime member of the Church of Christ, and she loved her church family. She enjoyed cooking, watching HGTV and going to thrift stores but her passion in life has always been spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; 1 son, Tommy Pair; and 5 siblings, Ina Merle Bryan, Hershel Farber, Norma Jean McMahon, Geraldine “Jerry” Tyson, and JA Farber.
Pat is survived by 5 children, Tammy Davis and husband, Johnny, Erick, OK, Timothy Pair and wife, Valerie, San Antonio, TX, Stephanie Pennington and husband, Marty, Elk City, OK, Steven Pair and wife, Bridget, Weatherford, OK, and Connie Ferrero and husband, Joshua, Elk City, OK; 12 grandchildren, Staci North, Chester Davis, III, Melanie May, Zachary Pair, Russell Pair, Bentley Pair, Cooper Pennington, Lillyanna Puente, Connor Pair, Taylor Pair, Emma Ferrero, and Sophie Ferrero; 3 great grandchildren, Cohen North, Cannon North, Kendall May and a host of other relatives and friends.
