This cool weather is so nice and now it really feels like fall! That also means it’s time to start thinking about participating in the City of Erick’s Trunk or Treat event, on Saturday, 10/28, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. that evening, taking place within the 200 block of South Sheb Wooley. There will be a pumpkin contest, “Best” trunk, a haunted house and free hot dogs! Call 580-526-3924 to register your trunk for this fun night out with the spooks!
According to the city, there are plans for a Veteran’s Memorial. With help from Oklahoma Code Enforcement Association Community Improvement Grant, a flag pole was being installed in the center of where the memorial will be, which is in the empty lot across from City Hall. That will be awesome!
