Is everyone ready for school to start this Thursday? Summer is over for everyone and now if Mother Nature will cooperate and just bring on fall early, I will be happy! Best wishes for a great year for both the kids and the teachers, and all others involved with the school year.

Keep your calendars open on September 29th-October 1st, as Erick is planning a “Purple People Eater Fest”, with a pancake breakfast planned, a street dance, plus a three day market for vendors to display and sell their items. Vendors are needed, so please contact Megan at Erick City Hall at 580-526-3924 for all of the details. More information will follow closer to the event timeframe.

Happy Anniversary wishes go out to Larry & Beverly Wilhelm who will celebrate on 8/16 & to David & Kathy Jones celebrating on 8/19.
