Head out to the Elk City Motorsports Park Sat, Aug. 12th, to see the USRA Lt. Mods, the ECMP Factory Stocks, and USRA Tuners go head-to-head in the first of three races taking place in August. This racing program is bringing cars from a three-state area for racing entertainment for the whole family.
The track is ready, and now they need the Elk City and surrounding communities to come out to support these racers and track promoters. This track is run like the pros do. Rod Fauver and Joe McConnell want families to come out to see what they offer and the quality of cars that are supporting this dirt track.
These two promoters moved to Elk City just to revitalize this racetrack. They did the research, they hunted for a perfect town, a perfect location, and a perfect community. They have the drivers and cars; they have the advertisers; and they have the City of Elk City’s support. All they need are more fans and spectators to enjoy the sport of racing.
Grandstands open at 5 p.m., and the racing kicks off at 7 p.m. The cost is $15 for adults 16 years of age to 64 years old, and $10 for youth eight to 15, seniors 65 and older, military, and first responders. Children under eight get in free. Pits open at 3 p.m. with a $25 pit pass, and kids five and under get a pit pass for $10.
