A 29-year-old Elk City woman is being held at the Beckham County Detention Center on a $20,000 bond after being charged with five criminal counts in the Beckham County District Court on June 12.
Angelique Nikole Wright faces three felonies — distribution of a controlled substance, maintaining a place for keeping or selling a controlled substance, and possession of a firearm after a felony conviction.
Wright also faces two misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled, dangerous substance and unlawful possession of paraphernalia.
She faces up to ten years imprisonment on the most severe charges.
The charges stem from a search warrant executed in Elk City on June 7.
The report states that Wright was present during the search warrant execution.
The search allegedly turned up a “white crystal substance” found in baggies, a firearm, and paraphernalia pipes.
Information revealed in the public affidavit is being withheld from this publication due to how the investigation began.
A second individual, Matt Clowers, was reportedly charged with misdemeanor counts of CDS possession and paraphernalia.
