The Elk City School Board met at 6 p.m. on March 10.
The meeting was regularly scheduled and brief.
The group did go into executive session. The board voted to continue employment for Cindy Buckmaster, Robin Coffman, Tony Chauncey, Brian Hunt, Jamie McClure, Amanda Friesen, Debra Webb, Brandon Shelton, Richard Moran, Michael Fisher, Kayla Watkins, Haley Price, Monty Mayfield, Kristen Ramirez, and Jamie Finnell.
Each of these Elk City Public School employees are administrative staff.
The board also hired new teachers Ken Gordon, Da’Mario Mattingly, Kailyn Mattingly, and Kayla Peeler.
