An arrest warrant has been issued for a 40-year-old Elk City woman after being charged with child neglect, acquiring drug proceeds, and violation of the Oklahoma Statute via Computer.
Shanell Moreno Sanchez was charged in the Beckham County District Court on February 14.
The affidavit states that this is allegedly connected to a homicide investigation, which Guadalupe Sanchez has been charged.
The affidavit has pages of communications through Facebook.
However, the ultimate allegations are that Shanell Sanchez distributed narcotics while a minor was present, acquired money from those alleged sales, and committed computer crimes doing that through Facebook.
