An Elk City couple has been charged with child neglect.
The two parties charged are Indica Hungness and Damien Orrick, The affidavit states that a 3-year-old left the home. An infant was also in the home.
The three-year-old was allegedly outsides and unclothed.
Police reportedly found animal and human feces in the home and a large sword on the ground.
