An arrest warrant was issued on February 3 in the Beckham County District Court for a Sayre woman and a Sayre man.
The investigation reportedly began on October 29, 2024, when a Beckham County Sheriff’s Office investigator was notified by the Greer County Sheriff ’s Office of an alleged child abuse that had occured at the Flying J on October 27, 2024.
The father was identified as Jonathan David Logan. The mother was identifi ed as Elizabeth Baker aka Logan.
The affidavit notes alleged injuries that were observed.
Other details are being withheld to protect the statements made by the alleged child victims.
Both parties are charged with child abuse and domestic abuse in the presence of a child.
