An arrest warrant was issued for a 33-year-old Burns Flat woman in Beckham County District Court on May 3.
Savannah Elizabeth Jessup has been charged with drug trafficking.
The investigation began nearly a year ago, on May 25, 2022, when a law enforcement agent reportedly conducted a controlled purchase through a criminal informant known as a CI.
The agent reportedly worked with the CI to gain evidence.
The CI was reportedly searched prior to the investigation to ensure that the CI did not have narcotics on their person.
According to the probable cause affidavit, the CI was given $350 to buy narcotics and outfitted with surveillance equipment to document it.
The meeting allegedly occurred in the Elk City Walmart parking lot.
No bond is yet set for Jessop. Jessop remains at large.
