Elk City man charged with pointing a weapon and entering with the intent to commit a felony

A 31-year-old Elk City man has been charged with two violent felonies following a police investigation.

A 31-year-old Elk City man has been charged with two violent felonies following a police investigation.

The investigation began on April 29 when Elk City Police were called to the 1300 block of West County Club. Officers responded after reportedly receiving a call that a man was “making a disturbance in the front yard with firearms.” Officers located the alleged suspect, Zachary Breeze. The officers allegedly found evidence that Breeze had committed these crimes. “Zachary will be charged with illegal entry for going past the open door of the residence and for felony point a firearm at (omitted),” the arresting officer wrote.
