An arrest warrant was issued in the Beckham County District Court for a 21-year-old Altus man on January 13.
Andrew Alekzander Martinez has an address listed for the Altus Air Force Base. It is not clear if he is in the military.
The investigation began on December 3 when an Elk City Police Department detective, Sammy Weygand, learned of an alleged sexual assault that had happened to a 13-year-old. The detective conducted a forensic interview with the alleged victim. The alleged victim reportedly disclosed she and the suspect had met on a social media app called Monster.
Martinez allegedly drove to pick up the alleged victim three times and also reportedly lied about his age.
Details are being withheld but the detective wrote that sexual activity including intercourse had allegedly occurred.
