A 46-year-old Elk City man is being held in the Beckham County Detention Center for one count of first-degree rape.
The investigation began on January 2 when an Elk City Police Department detective received a letter indicating positive DNA match to a case.
The alleged rape reportedly occurred in 2021. Sidney Hudson is the suspect in the case.
