An arrest warrant was issued in the Beckham County District Court on December 19 for 32-year-old man.
The home address for Daniel Lee Lusk. Jr., is unknown.
A mugshot is also not available. However, if he is convicted of the first-degree burglary that he has been charged with, Lusk faces up to ten years in prison.
Lusk has been previously convicted in Canadian County with a count of robbery or attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon.
The investigation began on January 22, 20204, in Erick when the Erick Police Chief was requested to assist with an alleged armed robbery that had reportedly occurred on January 10, 2024.
The suspect, identified as Lusk, allegedly entered the parking lot in a Saturn. The vehicle was also allegedly stolen.
The Love’s Store in Erick was reportedly robbed of $200.
The clerk reportedly stated that he thought he saw an imprint of a firearm.
The vehicle was able to be retrieved.
In it, law enforcement reportedly found “numerous” cans of “Twisted Tea.”
The vehicle’s owner allowed police to search the vehicle.
DNA was taken from the can that reportedly came back to Lusk.
Lusk’s DNA was reportedly swabbed while in custody in Texas.
