Earlier this week, Sayre opened the basketball season at home against Frederick. The Lady Eagles played a dominating game and walked away with a 62-43 win over the Lady Bombers. The Eagles had an exciting night as well, but fell just short of the win against the Bombers with a 52-50 loss. Both teams will travel to Mooreland Thursday and play in the Mooreland Holiday Classic. The boys will take on Texhoma at 5pm and the girls will take on Mooreland at 6:30pm.
