Arrest warrant issued for Erick man for indecent proposals to a child

An arrest warrant was issued in the Beckham County District Court on September 12 for a 46-year-old Erick man for indecent proposals to a child and violations of the Oklahoma Computer Statutes.

The investigation against Tony Ray Glassburn began on September 10 when the Beckham County Sheriff’s Office after deputies learned that Glassburn had allegedly sent indecent photographs to a child.

These photographs were reportedly sent through Facebook.

Glassburn also allegedly sent messages of a graphic nature.

He reportedly first told the reporting deputy that his “Facebook must have been hacked,” but allegedly later amended to say that he must have been drunk.

Glassburn reportedly has a specific tattoo that had previously been documented by law enforcement. The affidavit states that tattoo was reportedly seen in the photo.
