An arrest warrant has been issued for a 29-year-old Sayre woman for one count of bringing contraband into a jail and one count of trafficking illegal drugs. The investigation began on August 15 when a Beckham County Sheriff’s Office deputy received a call from a BCSO detention deputy. The detention deputy was reportedly conducting a search of a Beckham County inmate’s property.
The inmate was identified as Donnell Mullins.
In Mullins’ wallet was reportedly found a plastic baggie of white rocky substance.
The substance reportedly tested positive for both methamphetamine and fentanyl.
