A 35-year-old Elk City man is being held on a $6,000 bond after being charged with second-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools.
Maurice Mason Watkins also had an outstanding arrest warrant.
The investigation began on May 29 at approximately 1:03 pm when the Elk City Police Department received a call about a man who had been trespassed.
