Three Ohio residents are being held in the Beckham County Detention Center for aggravated fentanyl trafficking, child endangerment, and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute.

The investigation began on May 29 when an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper was stationary on I-44 near the 9-mile marker when he observed a Volkswagen that was allegedly speeding.

Three passengers were identified as Renee Dunlap, Jabree Toomer and Pierre Munoz. After reportedly finding probable cause, the trooper’s search allegedly uncovered 10 grams of alleged methamphetamine, 30 grams of alleged fentanyl — which was approximately 300-500 pills — and 1/4 pounds of marijuana.

The trooper also found a 16-month-old child in the car.
