Don’t forget the flea market that is every first and third Saturday of each month at the old football field in Erick. I believe this will take place today, Saturday, 6/15. I see this on Facebook all the time so here is a notice for those of you who don’t have it. Free set up and starts at 8:00 a.m. on these two Saturdays.
The City of Erick is holding their annual vaccination/ registration event with Stockman’s Veterinary Clinic this coming Saturday, 6/22, from 9:00-11:00 a.m. in the shop behind City Hall. The $20 fee includes City of Erick tag and a rabies shot. Other services and medications are available for an extra fee. If you have any questions, please call 580-5263924.
There will be a baby shower honoring Andrea Fenley, on Saturday, 6/22, from 2:00-3:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of the Erick United Methodist Church. They are having a boy! You can find their registry at the following site: www.babylist. com We send out prayers to the family of Betty Joyce (Benton) Sites, of Sweetwater. A celebration of Betty’s life was held this past Tuesday, 6/11, at the Buffalo Baptist Church in Sweetwater.
Sympathy is also extended to the family of Ora Loyd Blocker of Elk City. Services were held this past Thursday, 6/13, at Antioch Christian Church in Elk City. He is the uncle of Tonya Blocker Tidmore and Kim Blocker.
