The 4TH Annual Dust Bowl Days Farm & Ranch Festival is just five weeks away and excitement is building as the planning kicks into overdrive to bring the folks of western Oklahoma 3 fun-filled days of activities & events beginning July 19-21, 2024.

There will be many new & exciting events added this year, along with the crowd favorite NORTHFORK ELECTRIC Farm & Ranch PARADE, the KECO WILD PLUM JAM & the SUNDAY SINGING Gospel concert in the Sayre City Park.

Each week, we’ll feature different details about specific festival events! So, mark your calendars and get ready for some summer fun! This year’s festival kicks off on Friday evening, July 19th in downtown Sayre with the WESTERN EQUIPMENT Antique Tractor Cruise-In.

Owners of antique tractors from all around the area will be driving down Sayre’s Main Street and parking around the Shortgrass Museum on Broadway.

A “Night on Broadway” follows with Cowboy Bingo & Bar-B-Q, hosted by First Response, a non-sanctioned Corn Hole Tournament, Old Timey Games for old & young alike, live music featuring Joe Merrick, Jessie Oz Osborn, followed by an hour of cowboy storytelling & singing around the campfire (yep! S’mores included) with renowned cowboy singer & storyteller CHUCK MILNER.

The evening closes with glowin- the dark fun and Stargazing, sponsored by the Sayre Friends of the Library! Grab the kids and spend a summer evening downtown in your own hometown!

The Antique Tractor Parade starts at 5:30 p.m. on East Main Street & all of the evening activities follow between 6-9 p.m. around the Broadway Center & the Shortgrass Country Museum & Depot, just north of ACE Hardware! For more information about any of these events, to enter your tractor in the Cruise-IN or questions about the Dust Bowl Days Festival, contact Kay Allen at 580-729-0469.
