Elk City man charged with domestic assault and battery causing great bodily harm

An 18-year-old Elk City man is being held in the Beckham County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond after being charged with domestic assault and battery causing great bodily harm.

An 18-year-old Elk City man is being held in the Beckham County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond after being charged with domestic assault and battery causing great bodily harm.

Christian Lee Flowers was officially charged in the Beckham County District Court on April 29.

The investigation began on April 24 when the Beckham County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a minor who reportedly stated that Flowers had injured someone else in the home.

When the BCSO arrived on the scene, the Elk City Police Department was also on the scene. One person was reportedly treated for medical injury.

On April 23, law enforcement was reportedly called again in reference to another possible assault involving Flowers. Further details in the second case are not available.
