Varsity Sets Stage For Victory

Canute Varsity Trojanettes defeated Fort Cobb-Broxton Lady Mustangs.com Varsity 12-6 thanks to a strong start. Canute Varsity Trojanettes scored on a sacrifice fly by Kim Harris in the first inning, a double by Emily Cantwell in the first inning, a single by Destiny Jackson in the first inning, a double by Taylor Beutler in the second inning, a single by Harris in the second inning, a double by Jade Gray in the second inning, and a sacrifi ce fly by Meliah DeGarmo in the second inning.

There was plenty of action on the basepaths as Canute Varsity Trojanettes collected 19 hits and Fort Cobb-Broxton Lady Mustangs.com Varsity had 13.
