Spring 2024 began yesterday on 3/19, and will end on Friday, 6/21, when summer officially begins. By June, I am sure it will feel more like summer than spring! I do not look forward to the Oklahoma summer heat at all.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Debbie Kay Sanders Poff, of Canute. Debbie was a graduate of the Class of 1976. Services were pending at the time of this column’s deadline, on 3/13/24.
Sympathy is also extended to the family of Betty Taylor. Private family services were held.
Happy Anniversary wishes are being sent out to Danny & Jo Miller on 3/22; and to Davey & Stacey Davis on 3/25.
