First Match: March 9, Altus OK Tournament Boys placed 1st, Girls placed 2nd and Junior Varsity Boys placed 3rd.

It was a strong start to the 2024 tennis season. One thing someone teased about was “Elk City’s Water”… Was it the water that helped the team so much? And it is worth mentioning that parents and coaches of the other schools praised the sportmanship of Elk City’s kids. Way to go! Sportsmanship is truly important in EVERY SPORT! Proud of you all!

In the picture sent by Coach Curtis you see our Boys and Girls team: Kyler Welch, Quinn Brewer, Max Murry, Kade Duncan, Spence Brewer, Jackson Ivester, Kirbey Mouse, Dailyn Castillo, Kamdyn Walter, Anna Galloway, Analiese Whittington, MacKinley Brewer.

Individual and Doubles Results: Kinley Brewer 2nd; Kirbey Mouse 7th; Kamdyn Walter and Daylin Castillo took 2nd; Max Murphy 2nd; Jackson Ivester 1st; Kyler Welch and Quinn Brewer 1st; Kade Duncan and Spence Brewer 1st.

Second Match : March 11: Lone Wolf Tournament in Lawton OK.

Elk City’s kids did it again, Boys overall 1st and Girls overall 2nd!

Individually Elk City had the following results: Girls: 1st place in singles; one 4th place; 1st and 2nd in Doubles Girls.

Boys: 1st Place; two 1st places in doubles; 3rd place in Boys Singles.
