An arrest warrant for a 35-year-old Elk City man was filed in the Beckham County District Court on March 4.
Jonathon Chase Russell faces up to 25 years in prison for these charges.
The investigation began on February 9 when the Elk City Police Department received a referral from the Oklahoma State Department of Health Services through their hotline.
Russell was reportedly interviewed by the FBI the previous day. The FBI had executed a search warrant on the home where Russell had reportedly moved.
Many details are being withheld from the report.
However, law enforcement allegedly found evidence that suggests that the suspect’s alleged victims were aged 4-5.
Additionally, nine alleged “pornographic images” were reportedly found.
