Elk City man held on $7K bond after being charged with grand larceny and possession of stolen property

A 32-year-old Elk City man is in the Beckham County Detention Center on a $7,000 bond after being charged with one count of knowingly possessing stolen property and grand larceny.

A 32-year-old Elk City man is in the Beckham County Detention Center on a $7,000 bond after being charged with one count of knowingly possessing stolen property and grand larceny.

Sean Paul Pace faces up to five years in prison.

The investigation began on February 21 when the Elk City Police received a report of a stolen bike that reportedly cost $3,000.

With the bike’s description and the serial number, the ECPD was able to track it to Pace.

The report says Pace claimed he was “dared” to take the bike.
