Constance Margaret Plummer was born March 13th, 1948 in Woodstock, Illinois to Elizabeth Loraine (Wirtz) and Wilbert Louis Cain. She passed away Saturday, April 1st, 2023 at Elk City, OKlahoma at the age of 75 years and 19 days.
Constance, known by most at “Connie”, grew up moving around with her family following her father in the military. After graduation, Connie found employment at a bank in Phoenix, Arizona. She was married and began her family moving back up North to Wisconsin. They moved to Oklahoma following employment until their marriage dissolved. Connie was employed at the Holiday Inn where she waited tables to provide for herself and her family. She was later married to Eddy Plummer on February 28th, 2000 and they made their home in Sayre until 2003 when they moved to Erick where they continued to reside. She enjoyed fishing and hunting, and reading novels.
She is preceded in death by her parents and one son, Chris Hazard.
Connie is survived by her husband, Eddy, of the home; 4 children, Misty Thompson, Mandy Dillard, Amanda White, and Andy Hazard; 7 grandchildren; 1 sister Candy Johnson and a host of other relatives and friends.
