NORHTEAST Fort Gibson: February 11. Elevation is 2.5 ft. above normal and rising, water temperature 46°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Blue catfish good on cut bait and shad around channels, main lake, and points. Crappie slow on hair jigs, minnows, and tube jigs around brush structure, docks, and main lake. Paddlefish good snagging below the dam, channels, and main lake. Report submitted by Cody Morris, game warden stationed in Wagoner County.

Grand: February 12. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 46°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Crappie fair on hair jigs, minnows, spoons, and tube jigs around brush structure and docks. Blue and channel catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait, and shad around channels, main lake, and river channel. Report submitted by C. Newkirk, game warden stationed in Delaware County.

Greenleaf: February 10. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 43°F and clear. Largemouth bass fair on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, jigs, plastic baits, and spinnerbaits around brush structure, points, shorelines, and weed beds. Crappie fair on jigs, minnows, and slabs around brush structure, docks, and standing timber. Channel catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait, and worms around coves, docks, flats, and shorelines. Keystone: February 11. Elevation is 2 ft. above normal and rising, water temperature 44°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Crappie good on jigs and minnows around docks. Bluegill, green, and redear sunfish fair on minnows and worms around brush structure, docks, and rocks. Report submitted by Bailey Johnson, game warden stationed in Creek County.

Lower Illinois: February 11. Elevation is 9 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 43°F and clear. Rainbow trout slow on inline spinnerbaits and PowerBait below the dam. Comments: Best area is below the dam. Currently releasing 1970 cfs from the dam. Report submitted by Brek Henry, game warden stationed in Sequoyah County.

Oologah: February 10. Elevation is 1 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 43°F and clear. Largemouth bass good on Alabama rigs and rogues around creek channels and flats. Crappie good on jigs around brush structure and main lake. Blue catfish good on cut bait and live shad below the dam. Report submitted by J.D. Stauffer, game warden stationed in Rogers County.

Webbers Falls: February 10. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 43°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Blue and flathead catfish good on cut bait, shad, and sunfish below the dam, flats, main lake, and shallows. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits, jigs, plastic baits, and spinnerbaits around main lake, points, river channel, and standing timber. Crappie fair on jigs, minnows, plastic baits, slabs, and small lures around brush structure, channels, points, and standing timber.
