An outstanding arrest warrant was issued for a 30-year-old Flintville, Tennessee, man.
The Beckham County District Court issued the arrest warrant on January 25.
The investigation began on January 6 when an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper made a traffic stop.
The OHP trooper reported that the initial cause for the stop was not having a mudflap covering the rear driver-side trailer tire.
The trooper also alleged that the semi truck’s brake light was broken.
At the time of the stop, the semi-trailer was reportedly “full of cattle.”
The driver was identified as Trevor Guerrero.
The trooper alleged that he could “smell the raw odor of marijuana,” but Guerrero reportedly denied possessing marijuana at first.
Guerrero reportedly admitted to the marijuana’s whereabouts later.
During the semi’s search, the trooper reportedly discovered a loaded pistol.
A search of the driver’s history reportedly revealed that Guerrero had two previous felony convictions.
