A 32-year-old Midwest City woman has been released on bond from the Beckham County Detention Center after being charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.

The investigation began at approximately 3:15 am on December 21 when a Beckham County Sheriff ’s Office deputy was sitting stationary at the northwest intersection of Highway 6 and Highway 283 when a vehicle traveled to the 4 way intersection. The deputy pulled the vehicle over. Dispatch then informed the deputy that the vehicle was listed as stolen.

The driver, Jacklyn Depietro, was ordered from the car.

Zachary Patterson, age and residence not listed, was in the car and also charged. Patterson reportedly claimed to own a tow company and said the vehicle was repossessed.

Both Patterson and Diepetro reportedly claimed this had happened to them before, but said they had never been handcuffed.

The deputy wrote that he believed the couple knew the car was stolen out of Colorado Springs.
