Two weeks until Christmas, people! Do you have all of your shopping done, or are you like me and wait until the last minute?! Actually, we usually do ours on New Year’s so I do have three weeks!
Don’t forget the City of Erick’s 9th Annual Toy Drive, sponsored by Erick Emergency Services is in full swing right now. There is still time to add children to the list. Purchase a gift for a special girl or boy, ages 0-15 years old, and deliver them unwrapped to Erick City Hall by December 13th. Delivery will be on Tuesday, 12/19. Christmas break for the schools begins this Friday, 12/15. I know they are all ready for that! They will go back to school on Wednesday, 1/3/2024. Congratulations to the Bearcats for winning the Best of the Southwest Tournament, and to the Lady Bearcats for placing 3rd in the tournament also.
The Erick Community Blood Drive sponsored by Erick Ambulance Service, will be held from 2-5 p.m., on Wednesday, 12/27. Donors will receive a long sleeve holiday T-shirt. For more information, you can call 580-526-3924.
