A 71-year-old Elk City man has been charged with trafficking one or more grams of fentanyl.
Larry Dean Morgan has an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
Morgan was arrested for failure to appear in court.
When being booked into jail, law enforcement allegedly discovered two small baggies containing a crystal-like substance. The substance is suspected to be fentanyl and weighed approximately two grams.
